Who are we?
We’re your quick and easy partner of quality metal finishing products, abrasives, and consumables. We've been around since 2006 and are proudly New Zealand owned and operated. Our business has grown through our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. We’re constantly looking to improve our processes to get you great products delivered on time, every time.
The important stuff
You. Our customers.
So what’s important to your business? Quality products and a good price? – that’s a given, and we think that’s what all suppliers should provide. How about fast, easy and reliable service? That’s what our customers appreciate, so that’s what we strive for. Making your experience quick and easy.
How do we keep on track? We use the Net Promoter System (NPS) to survey you, our customers, and find out from the horse's mouth if our customer service is up to scratch. We also really value any feedback you may have for us, so please let us know if there's anything you think we could do to improve. Of course we like to hear the good stuff too so we know to keep doing it!
What our customers have to say...
1. Be true to self and the team.
We’re loyal, we care about each other. If something needs attention, we focus on the problem and not on the person. We’ve always got each other’s back.
2. Always deliver on promises.
We aim to deliver plus one because satisfied customers just aren’t good enough. This means we exceed expectations.
3. Achieve more with less.
Applying the 80/20 principle helps us achieve more with less. It can be less money or time spent, or effort exerted. It means we must keep focused on the 20% that gives 80% of the results.
4. Pursue continuous improvement.
We’ll never arrive at completion as we’ll always be aiming to improve. This can be in the way we do anything. The world is always changing so we must be ready to evolve.
5. Add value with positivity.
Boost the mood, lend a hand. Always be looking for ways to add value.
