Our business has grown through our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.  We’re constantly looking to improve our processes to get you great products delivered on time, every time.

So what’s important to your business? Quality products and a good price? – that’s a given, and we think that’s what all suppliers should provide. How about fast, easy and reliable service? That’s what our customers appreciate, so that’s what we strive for.  Making your experience quick and easy.

How do we keep on track?  We use the Net Promoter System (NPS) to survey you, our customers, and find out from the horse's mouth if our customer service is up to scratch.  We also really value any feedback you may have for us, so please let us know if there's anything you think we could do to improve.  Of course we like to hear the good stuff too so we know to keep doing it!

Andy Thomas – Creator of Opportunities

Andy is the shining light keeping Euromarc at the leading edge of operational excellence! His main interest? Exploring better, and more innovative solutions to bring to the engineering industry. The key for Andy is to interact and learn directly from our customers in the metal fabrication industry - how else could we get the products right? So if you've got a problem, he'll find the solution!

Clayton Thomas – Customer Solutions Manager

(Northland, Central &  North Auckland)

Growth – that’s what Clayton’s all about. He’s a sales rep you’ll look forward to visiting your workshop, because he’ll get to know you, your business, and bring you the best tools and solutions to keep you moving in the right direction. Clayton understands that every business is different, and comes with their own unique challenges. Helping customers overcome these challenges, and achieving success is what gets him up in the morning! Northland, Central & North Aucklander’s, meet your new best friend – Clayton.


Shane Carroll – Customer Solutions Manager

(South Auckland, New Plymouth, Otago & Southland)

Shane’s strong motivation comes from knowing he’s helping solve problems, improve processes, add value, and create very happy customers. Guaranteed to always been counted on, he is always true to his word. With that Auzzie twang, and a great sense of humour, we know you’ll love him. Shane shares a strong passion for Indian motorbikes, playing in bands and fishing in his spare time. He’s the face you’ll see walking through the door if you’re in South Auckland, New Plymouth, Otago & Southland. 


Julian Prestidge – Customer Solutions Manager

(Hawkes Bay, Wairarapa, Canterbury & West Coast)

Julian is committed to providing you value! He enjoys learning and understanding what you do, so whatever your requirements, he is focused on bringing you a solution that meets your needs. If you're located around the Hawkes Bay, Wairarapa, Canterbury or West Coast regions, Julian's your go to!


Stefan Joseph – Customer Solutions Manager

(Waikato, Tauranga, Rotorua & Taupo)

Coming from sales in the steel and stainless industry, Stefan’s not new to the Engineering industry. His moto - customers always come first.  Just like his customers, you'll always see him smiling and happy. He's conscientious, reliable and honest.  Always gives 110%, and enjoys solution solving with his clients. When he's not at work, Stefan loves to spend time with friends and family.  He also enjoys travelling (especially overseas) and occasionally gaming with mates. We're sure you'll get to know Stefan really well in the Tauranga, Waikato, Taupo and Rotorua areas. 


Eddie Thomas – Customer Solutions Manager

(South Taranaki, Whanganui, Manawatu, Wellington, Nelson & Marlborough)

Imagine having products that do a great job, are cost efficient, and keep the engineers happy, and having them on hand when you need them! Eddie’s mission is to make that happen, and to make your job, so quick, so easy. No challenge is too big, or too small. Get in touch, Eddie’s here to help!


Liam Henry –  Customer Service Team Leader

Efficient is Liam’s middle name – that’s just one of the ways he helps make Euromarc so quick, so easy.  Liam’s here to make sure you've got the information you need, and products are ready when you need them, and delivered overnight. He's approachable, with a vibrant sense of humour and has a passion for his footy. So if you have  a question, or need some assistance - no worries! Liam’s right here to help with anything you need – just give him a call!


Ray Wallace –  Supply Chain Team Leader

Ever wondered how we make sure the right products are available and delivered to your door when you need them? Just ask Ray! He’s our man working diligently behind the scenes to coordinate our supply chain. Ray comes from an engineering background, and has a great understanding of the operational needs of engineering workshops. If you’ve got any stock supply or distribution questions, feel free to give Ray a call – he’s more than happy to help!


Cindy Soo – Finance Manager

Who doesn’t love money? If you need anything to do with payments and accounts, Cindy is your best friend. With a love of anything number and finance related, answers to your questions are on the tip of her tongue. As with any financial ninja, Cindy’s an important piece of the Euromarc puzzle, holding it all together and making sure it all runs smoothly – financially. 


Gus Broomhall – Marketing & Product Development Manager

Also known as our ‘Product Guru’ Gus puts in the hard yards when it comes to research and development of the goods that keep your workshop running. Although he’ll modestly say it’s a team effort, Gus is the one pulling together product information and promotions to make sure you’re well informed of the best products on offer to do the job.

Natalie Henderson – Content Marketing Manager

You might have seen this name before – Natalie’s the one sending the latest info to your inbox! Of course it’s not just emails on her mind. With a passion for marketing, Natalie’s continually working on ways we can improve our communications with customers, providing the information you need to make informed purchasing decisions, and improving your buying experience online. 

The Distribution Team

You may not talk to these guys, but they’re the ones that make it happen and make sure your goods are on overnight delivery. Like the rest of us, our distribution team work hard and have fun doing it. The team aim to have each and every order accurately and efficiently filled and out to the courier. They’ve sometimes even dropped last minute orders off at the depot themselves!
