We re-looked at what engineers wanted in New Zealand with linishing belts, and re-developed and re-developed until everyone agreed " Yellow is now the new Green.."

First we went out to engineers right across New Zealand found what kiwis use their linisher for, how they have been using them, what metals.
We have developed a first-ever mix of self-sharping ceramic and zirconia grain, to give the belt up to 50% more bite. With two new complementing grinding aids to increase the belt life, and sharpness of the grain.

The all new RAZOR linishing belt.

Substantial leap in belt performance!

  • After 2 years of research and development with Engineers.

  • Engineers wanting faster removal rate.

  • New Ceramic and Zirconia mix.

So Yellow is now the new Green

We have been listening to you the engineer, and developed a belt to give you max life, increase removal and value.

We have developed a unique blend of self-sharping ceramic and zirconia grain, which engineers have noticed the grit is sharper, and keeping it edge for longer. And that's what engineers want, preformance to give the belt up to 50% more bite. As well as the unique blend, we have placed more grain per inch on the razor belt, so there is more grain to keep you cutting for longer and not wear out and into the backing.

With two new complementing grinding aids to help keep the metal and belt cooler, which in turn increase the belt life, and keeps the sharpness of the grain.

So to keep the unique blend cutting for longer, we have up-dated the backing to a stronger but still flexible backing, which will help make the belt last longer.

The razor belt is designed for all NZ workshops from the gerenal workshop, notching stainless steel tube, to the aluminium foundry. So they can be used on aluminium, mild steels, and stainless steel.

What the customers who helped us with the razor belt, had to say with the final developed belt...

The guys are now demanding the yellow belts - they last longer than the green belts.'
- Foreman at Person, Matamata

'Have used a number of different belts - they guys love these new Yellow belts, they last 2 times longer.'
- Millar Storeman, Temuka

'These new yellow belts give faster removal, and less pressure than the green.
When sanding hard and sharp metal, the belt didn’t break up, or cut a line in where sanding, so they hold together better and last longer.'

- Milson Foundry

'These yellow belts last twice as long as the green, and are better than Red. The men say we must change to yellow.'
- Stainless steel fabricator
