How does it work?

The automatic fluid feed system delivers cleaning fluid directly to the brush tip via a pump connected to your machine. The pump is controlled by a stepper motor, giving you full control over the fluid output. You can choose from five preset modes to regulate the fluid amount, making the system adaptable to jobs of different sizes and complexities. -Lighter, less-oxidized welds require minimal fluid. -Heavily oxidized or corroded welds demand higher flow rates. The system provides a dosing range of 5–8 ml/min, allowing precise adjustment to match your task. Because the fluid flow is regulated based on the actual output current, the pump only activates when the brush is in use — minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Its compact and integrated design means it takes up minimal space on your shop floor and is perfectly suited for tight or elevated work areas.
