COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.These Terms and Conditions of Entry relate to the “The QUICKSTOCK Games - Play to WIN” promotion brought to you by Euromarc (Promotion).

2.This Promotion opens at 12:00:00am on 1 October 2024 and closes at 11:59:59pm on 30 November 2024 (Promotion Period).

ENTRY

3.To participate in this Promotion, you must be a New Zealand resident aged 14 years or over. If you are between the age of 14 and 18, any prize will be transferred to your parent or guardian who is 18 years or older (Entrant).

4. Complete the online quiz available at euromarc.co.nz/play-to-win. Answer all 5 questions correctly and submit your entry details to receive a QUICKSTOCK T-Shirt. 

5. Limit of 1 prize per person. Should an entry be submitted more than once, the prize will be given to the first entry only.

6. 250 t-shirts to be won. The first 250 correct entries will receive a prize. 

7. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Employees of the Promoter, and of the Promoter’s contractors, associated companies, participating stores and agencies, and any immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

9. There are 250 total prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period. Prizes depicted in promotional material are not representative of actual prizes available.

10. All winners will be contacted via email and phone to confirm their entry details.

11. Prizes not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. In the rare case a prize becomes unavailable we will replace like with like.

12. Where possible, prizes will be provided or dispatched within 10 days of receipt of requisite account/contact details from the winner, subject to availability. 

13. The promoter is not responsible or liable to replace misdirected or lost prizes should the winner enter their postage information incorrectly.

GENERAL

14. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to you (including if you have a Preliminary Winning Entry) if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, you have breached these terms and conditions or have gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.

15. By submitting your entry, you consent to the Promoter contacting you at the contact details provided regarding any prizes won.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Any person (including someone who has a Preliminary Winning Entry) suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from this Promotion and damages may be sought.

18. You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event you are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for a reasonable period of 24 months without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

19. The Promoter collects your personal information in order to conduct this Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this Promotion. All personal information provided by you will be held for the Promoter at 203 Glover Road, Hawera, New Zealand or such other place as is notified to you on request. Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below.

20. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures, governmental restraint, order or regulation, public health crisis such as a pandemic or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of the Promotion will be notified on the Promoter's website at www.euromarc.co.nz/play-to-win

21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time if it deems reasonably necessary.
