1. These Terms and Conditions of Entry relate to the '1st June – 31st July 2023 Hot Deals Direct mailer promotions brought to you by Euromarc (Promotion).
2. This Promotion opens at 12:00:00am on 1 June 2023 and closes at 11:59:59pm on 31 July 2023 (Promotion Period) or while stocks last.

18. To participate in this Promotion, you must be a New Zealand resident aged 14 years or over. If you are between the age of 14 and 18, any prize will be transferred to your parent or guardian who is 18 years or older (Entrant).
19. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
20. Employees of the Promoter, and of the Promoter’s contractors, associated companies, participating stores and agencies, and any immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
21. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. In the rare case a prize becomes unavailable we will replace like with like.
22. All prizes will be provided or dispatched within 10 working days of receipt of requisite account/contact/delivery details from the winner, subject to any natural or pandemic events causing a delay in the physical dispatching of prizes. In that case, prizes will be dispatched once courier services are able to operate.
23. The promoter is not responsible or liable to replace misdirected or lost prizes should the winner enter their postage information incorrectly.
24. The Promoter may refuse to award a prize to you (including if you have a Preliminary Winning Entry) if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, you have breached these terms and conditions or have gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
25. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. Any person (including someone who has a Preliminary Winning Entry) suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from this Promotion and damages may be sought.
27. Change of mind returns of the promotional items purchased during the promotion period will not be accepted for credit.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time if it deems reasonably necessary.
