Chemz WASP is a high-efficiency anti-spatter spray for MIG and electrode welding. It forms a protective film that prevents spatter from sticking to metal surfaces and welding nozzles. Ideal for use on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and high-performance alloys.
• Prevents spatter buildup on surfaces and equipment
• Protects nozzles, torches, fixtures, and jigs
• Suitable for all metals commonly used in welding
• Prolongs nozzle life and maintains welding arc stability
• Non-flammable and silicone-free
• Residue can be cleaned with Chemz Rapid Brake Cleaner or Z7 Brakeclean
• MPI C12 approved – suitable for use around all animal products except dairy
• Supplied in a large 600g can
Where to Use It
Recommended for use with MIG and electrode welding on steel, stainless, and alloy. Ideal for welding robots, diffusers, nozzles, torches, jigs, and fixtures.
