PURITY™ FG Greases

PURITY™ FG Greases are advanced food-grade lubricants specially formulated to deliver superior performance and food-grade purity under the highly demanding conditions of food processing operations.

PURITY™ FG00 delivers superior resistance to breakdown and maintains consistency and lubrication in the presence of food acids, juices, and by-products. It does not run from bearings under steam cleaning and is highly resistant to water washout, water jet spray, and most sterilizing chemicals used in cleaning.

This grease is suitable for both high-temperature and low-temperature environments with a recommended temperature range of -35°C - 120°C. PURITY™ FG00 will not run from bearings near ovens and also maintains pumpability at low temperatures.

Ideal for heavily loaded bearings operating under wide temperature swings, PURITY™ FG00 provides better protection of gears, bearings, and equipment under shock loading, by preventing seizure, scuffing, and spalling.

Although FG00 is developed for the demands of the food industry, it performs equally well in additional applications such as:

• Sleeve and anti-friction bearings, slides, and guides
• Lumber and pulp/paper machinery where staining or contamination is a concern
• Textile machinery bearings

PURITY FG00 is ideal for use with heavily loaded bearings operating under wide temperature swings.

Although it is specially formulated for the food industry, FG00 performs equally well in these additional applications:
