PURITY™ FG Chain Fluids

PURITY™ FG Chain Fluids have been formulated to strongly adhere to all surfaces, resisting any throw-off from chains, and preventing fluid drops. Their tacky nature ensures they are highly resistant to water wash-out and spray loss, keeping systems free from sludge and varnish, and resulting in reduced fluid consumption.

Developed for lubricating all types of drive and conveyor chains as well as bearings found on food processing machinery, PURITY™ FG Chain Fluids deliver long-term protection from rust and corrosion and excellent wear protection by preventing metal-to-metal contact between chains and drive sprockets. Fluids may be applied by brush or drip fed via centralized lubrication systems.

PURITY™ FG Chain Fluids perform at temperatures up to 200°C.

Applications

PURITY FG Chain Fluids are recommended for lubricating all types of drive and conveyor chains as well as bearings found on food processing machinery. They may be applied by brush or drip feed as well as by centralized lubrication systems. PURITY FG Chain Fluids may be applied at temperatures up to 200°C / 392°F. However, at temperatures above 150°C / 302°F, equipment should be re-oiled more frequently.
